Collecting is not about competing-- it is about enabling!
Besides, my AG collection isn't in the same league as yours.
(Bet you'd love the all Muppet Christmas tree, though....)

Hey MuppetQuilter!! Nice photo! What a collection. We have a few little Muppets hanging out here, but nothing like that!

Hey! You have some of the Palisades figure line! That's so cool! I consulted on those figures (even got box credit on a few of them). I'm still sad the Sesame Street figure line didn't happen (and that the Muppet line ended just before Tutu Pepe would have been made).

OKAY- What do you know about the Sesame Street figures????? We are still waiting on those.. and waiting... and waiting. They are not going to make them now?
It is so awesome that you were involved with these! How cool!
ETA: EEK! What happened, where did it all go?? We depend on Previews to let us know when new things are coming out. I have not been to the Palisades website in ages and now *sniff*, it's all gone. Waaaah! What did I miss??

Now that we have hijacked this thread and taken it completely off topic....
Palisades went belly up. They sold off a few things but the vast majority of their stuff is just gone. The Sesame figures are dead. Soooo sad! I love my Super Grover, but he gets lonely with no Sesame pals to play with. Every once in a while some of the prototypes from Sesame Series 1 show up on ebay. Ken (Lily, mastermind of the Muppet and Sesame lines and all around great guy) was selling his prototype of the Street playset with Oscar-- not sure if that is still available. They all sell for way more than I could even thing about (I'd have to sell both Lindseys and a couple more dolls to get in the ballpark-- for a 6" action figure, not gunna happen).
Ken has started his own company with new lines (not licensed) and talks about a lot of the old Muppet/Sesame stuff and what happened on the forum there. PM me if you want the link (he does not edit his language and some of the new lines could potentially offend people so I don't want to post the link here--it's edgy and the action figure world is not the doll world).
Palisades was very tight lipped about the end. Kept saying things were delayed when they were really cancelled. Not cool. But most of us were shocked when we found out the Sesame line was 100% dead. (There is some slim hope that Ken's new stuff will take off and he'll make enough to purchase the Sesame license and revisit Sesame figures but it's not a hold your breath sort of thing).

OK YOUSE GUYS.... straighten up or the GrannyGodmother will have to send the Mob Dolls after the Muppet people. Animal is "interested" in Marisol... so he will be on our AG team.
BIG C. is working on the inventory this morning and has a date with a knitting machine tonight... KC wants Brutus Buckeye and I can't find scarlet & gray striped T-shirt fabric... so will dust off my knitting machine and get busy.
Granddaughter are so sweet that you can't tell them "No"...
BUT YOUSE GUYS..... NO More Muppets on my thread... well...maybe Cookie... I like cookies ..
bye for now. ^j^ Mrs.C. aka BIG C

Okay, everyone quit talking to Mrs. C-- we must give her plenty of time to sew with no distractions! (Mrs. C, perhaps we need a mob movie night at MCM?)
I'm booked up with costumes for real little girls this Halloween (must get to work on that penguin design...)
DH says I simply must post a pic of some of the actual Muppet collection, so in the name of marital peace, here it is:
